Steven is a nearly 30 year Long Beach resident and 6th Generation Californian and Realtor. He has been lucky enough to have lived in multiple states and countries which makes it very easy to say there is no better place to live than Southern California, and he is happy to share this with everyone he meets.
Being in Real Estate for the past 12 years has given Steven a true understanding of what it is that clients look for when choosing a Realtor and how to meet their personal real estate goals, whether they are buying, selling, or needing other services. He has a proven record of success in the industry which is why he works mainly by referral. Born on the East Coast and raised in the Mid-West, Matt came to Los Angeles for college before moving to Denver, Colorado to begin his professional career. He started in customer service and worked his way up to senior account manager at a fortune 500 company providing attorney support services and document management solutions to some of the largest corporations and law firms in the country. Throughout his career he traveled extensively around the country servicing his clients but it was ultimately his love for Southern California that brought him back to the Los Angeles metropolitan area. For over a decade Matt has enjoyed living among the friendly Californians, beautiful beaches and palm trees. Matt prides himself in his work ethic and responsiveness to his clients. His experience in negotiations make him a great asset to you and your family whether you want to buy, sell or invest in real estate.
Kayli Yoong

Kayli, the newest addition to The Nottingham Group, has an extensive background in sales. She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Behavioral Science and a minor in Criminology. She has worked many years in the sales and hospitality industry coordinating grand events and has spent her recent years helping individuals and families plan elaborate weddings and other special occasions. Her passion for helping people plan for the future has helped her transition into real estate where she now helps people achieve their real estate goals. Raised in Southern California, she’s a friendly Long Beach local who enjoys meeting new people and is looking forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
Stephanie Franco

Stephanie is a personable, creative Long Beach Native. From schools to shopping, she is very familiar with the ins and outs of the different communities within the Long Beach area. With two degrees in Business Marketing from CSULB and LBCC, she has been doing free-lance marketing for the past four years allowing her to build an extensive portfolio of client projects ranging from the food industry to real estate . Passion, professionalism, and determination are principles that Stephanie lives by and applies to her freelance business which has enabled her to build strong relationships with highly-satisfied clients.
Stephanie recently joined the Nottingham Group where she is the Executive Assistant and Marketing Director. Learning many of the aspects of Real Estate under Steven Nottingham has broadened her interest in the industry and she is now actively studying to become a licensed Realtor.
