Cal Heights

Cal Heights is an urban neighborhood with many single family small to mid-size homes, but it’s also the largest historic district in Long Beach. The area consists of mostly homes, directly east of Bixby Knolls and west of the Long Beach Airport. Many local houses were built in Spanish Colonial Revival, Period Revival and Craftsman styles which bring much charm to the well-established neighborhoods. The neighborhood is very easy to get around by walking or biking since there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. A few clothing and retail stores are also within walking distance.
