University Park Estates

This small, quiet neighborhood is located near CSULB, just down the hill from Seventh Street. This neighborhood offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. Many homes in the area have gone through remodels and expansions over the years, but you can still find some of the original homes built in the late 50s, in both single level and split-level models.

The public schools are highly rated compared to other Long Beach schools. It is also conveniently located next to the Bixby Village Golf Course and near the 605, 405, and 22 freeways.
