Wrigley
The Wrigley neighborhood, one of Long Beach's oldest communities, was established in 1905 and named after William Wrigley, famous for his chewing gum. This area is popular among buyers seeking affordable homes on spacious lots and features a variety of classic architectural styles. Wrigley offers charming Spanish-style houses from the 1920s, along with traditional homes from the 1930s and 1940s.
A small historic district can be found along a section of Eucalyptus Avenue. The neighborhood is organized in a grid layout and is located south of the 405 Freeway, north of Pacific Coast Highway, east of the Los Angeles River, and west of Long Beach Boulevard and Pacific Avenue.
